Why we created CARP Health 360
Canada’s public health-care and information management systems are in desperate need of modernization. Waiting for the various governments to get their act together on electronic records is simply not an option. That’s why CARP is empowering Canadians by giving its members FREE access to CARP Health 360. CARP Health 360 is a personalized health-care management tool designed to simplify your health. It is beneficial not only for seniors, but for Canadians at any age.

Is CARP Health 360 secure?
CARP Health 360 technology is as safe as online banking. It operates with numerous safeguards to ensure the privacy of your personal information. We use industry-leading encryption technologies for all data (used by major banks) to secure your information. In case of a breach, data would be unreadable. The portal meets government regulations for security and privacy. We continuously upgrade our systems to ensure that we are always adhering to the most current standards.
Do I need to create a new login to access CARP Health 360?
No you won’t. We’ve made it easy for you. Simply log into my.carp.ca to access CARP Health 360.
Can I get any assistance to get started with CARP Health 360?
To get you up to speed quickly, we’ve provided some documentation and and onboarding resources. For the Chapters, we will also conduct a webinar to answer key questions from you. CARP Health 360 also has its own support.
How much time will it take to set up and learn how to use CARP Health 360?
We’ve designed CARP Health 360 to be easy and intuitive so members can get up and running quickly. However, there is an additional JUMPSTART service that can assist you with setting up your profile and acquiring all of your records. It includes the setup of your profile as well as the record retrieval from your doctors and upload of the records to your profile.
